These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of electric scooters, electric bicycles, hoverboards and treadmills (hereinafter referred to as "Products") by CyberCart™ to consumers in the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product information

We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products available on our website as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from other errors.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are quoted in Polish zloty and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We support most major European payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and Klarna for instalment payments – so you can shop with confidence that your preferred option is available.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all EU countries (except the UK). Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer law. The Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Warranty

All Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the product category:

• Electric scooters: 12 months
• Electric bikes: 24 months (12 months for battery)
• Hoverboards: 12 months
• Treadmills: 12 months

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or normal wear and tear.

9. Responsibility

CyberCart™'s liability in connection with any Product sold will not exceed the purchase price of that Product. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe.

11. Changes in conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
