Returns and Refunds Policy

We accept returns. Our returns policy allows customers to submit a return request within 30 business days of delivery, without having to provide a reason, provided the product meets our returns policy.

1. Free Returns (Unused Products)

Customers may request a free return within thirty (30) days of purchase (or delivery, if later), provided the product is unopened, unactivated, or unused , and the original packaging and accessories are intact. Valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

2. Manufacturing Defects or Damaged Products

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or a problem caused by CyberCart™, customers can contact our after-sales team within 30 days of purchase for a free return and a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The specific fee should be determined based on the courier company selected by the consumer.
  • If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs for this.

Refund Process

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • In-Stock Products : May be canceled before shipment or production begins.
  • Pre-Order Products : May be canceled before production or shipping begins, subject to the specific product terms listed on the CyberCart™ Store.

2. Cancellation Free of Charge

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees.

3. Late Cancellation (After 24 Hours)

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel it, but a transaction fee may apply (varies by country and payment platforms).

4. Shipped Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped , it cannot be canceled.
