These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of electric scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards, and treadmills (hereinafter "Products") by CyberCart™ to consumers within the European Union (excluding the UK). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Polish Złoty and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

We accommodate most major European payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and Klarna for installment payments—so you can shop with confidence that your preferred option is available.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all EU countries (excluding the UK). Delivery times vary based on destination and product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Warranty

All Products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category:

• Electric Scooters: 12 months
• Electric Bikes: 24 months (12 months for the battery)
• Hoverboards: 12 months
• Treadmills: 12 months

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

CyberCart™'s liability for any Product sold shall not exceed the purchase price of that Product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
