At CyberCart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to understand the policies.
Order Cancellation:
Before shipment: Orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled before shipment.
After shipment: If an order has been shipped but not yet delivered, customers can simply refuse the package upon delivery. In this case, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. If the package has already been delivered, it will be treated as a return. Please refer to our return policy below for further instructions.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order, as additional fees apply after shipment.
Return and Refund Instructions
Note: Accessories are not returnable for non-quality reasons.
Return of Unused Products within 14 Days (for non-quality reasons):
You may return an unused electric bicycle/electric scooter within 14 days of receipt. Returns for non-quality reasons will incur a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Return shipping costs for non-quality reasons are borne by the customer.
Return of Used Products within 30 Days (for non-quality reasons):
For used products returned within 30 days, we accept returns for non-quality reasons under the following conditions:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged depending on the condition and usage of the product.
Total mileage must not exceed 5 km to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs for non-quality reasons are borne by the customer.
No Returns after 30 Days (for non-quality reasons):
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons after 30 days from the date of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
Returns Due to Quality Defects (within 30 days):
We offer free returns and exchanges for products with quality defects that occur within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department with details of the issue (photo/video) to obtain authorization for return or exchange.
2. Once the issue is confirmed and the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping and exchange costs.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Returns Due to Quality Issues (after 30 days):
For quality issues that occur after 30 days but within the warranty period, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, you can use our 2-year warranty, which covers repair services or replacement parts. We will cover the shipping costs for replacement parts or repairs during the warranty period. For more information, please refer to the warranty terms.
Please note that accessories purchased separately are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned after the 30-day quality return period.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact customer service at support@cybercart.pl, providing your order number and return details. For quality issues, photos and videos are required for confirmation.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange based on the product's condition and applicable policies.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Restocking or shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional Notes:
Accessories are not returnable for non-quality reasons. For quality issues, we will arrange an exchange or partial refund.
For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, customers must first contact our customer service team to verify the issue with photos and videos. Returns or exchanges will only be processed after the issue is confirmed.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns for non-quality reasons will incur additional fees, so please consider your decision carefully.
Any restocking or shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
